7 Years Experience

Ayush Khandelwal

Director
He comes with an overall experience of 7 years, with an exposure to Education Technology and Healthcare in vast senses. As a social development professional, he played a big role in uplifting the life of underprivileged children across India. He has worked with NGOs to create an impact on ground and in total skilled more than 18,000 individuals, placing them in their respective domains. While working for underprivileged students across multiple tribal belts of India, he realized there is a huge gap in required educational infrastructure against guidelines set by the government per the New Education Policy. As a social entrepreneur, he initiated Trak Foundation — equipping students with the right environment and integrating the latest in-demand technology to help them learn and grow, aligned with India’s vision for 2047, Viksit Bharat.

12+ Years Experience

Thakur Raksha Vijaysingh

Director
For over 12 years, I have worked in the social sector, driven by one belief — every person deserves a chance at a better life. What started as a small intention to help others has grown into a deep passion for meaningful change. I believe change doesn’t always come from big actions. Sometimes it begins with small steps: supporting a child’s education, helping a family in need, or simply being there for someone. These efforts, done with honesty and care, create lasting impact. At TRAK Foundation, our goal is to bring positive change at the grassroots level — supporting communities, creating opportunities, and giving people the confidence to build a better future for themselves. This work is not just what I do — it’s who I am. Together, we can create a kinder, stronger, and more equal society. Thank you for being part of this journey.

Built on Compassion.
Driven by Purpose.

TRAK United Foundation is a Section 8 Non-Profit registered in Pune, operating across India. We were founded on the belief that real change begins when communities come together with compassion and purpose.

Working closely with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we focus on education, skill development, livelihoods, and reducing inequality — helping young people move from learning to employment.

Through partnerships and community outreach, we empower underserved communities at the grassroots level.

Community work and empowerment

🌟

An India where opportunity is accessible to all, and communities are empowered to build a better future for themselves and generations to come.

🎯

Our mission is to create sustainable and measurable social impact by empowering underserved individuals and communities through education, skill development, and livelihood creation. We work closely at the grassroots level to understand real needs and design practical solutions that improve access to learning, employability, and economic opportunity.

In alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), our programs focus on bridging the gap between education and employment, reducing inequality, and strengthening community resilience. We believe lasting change happens when solutions are inclusive, locally relevant, and built in partnership with communities.

As a social enterprise, we collaborate with corporate partners, institutions, and local stakeholders to implement high-impact CSR initiatives that are transparent, scalable, and outcome-driven. Through continuous community engagement, on-ground implementation, and impact monitoring, we ensure that CSR investments translate into real, long-term benefits for people at the grassroots.

Our mission is guided by compassion, accountability, and collaboration—working together to build a more inclusive, empowered, and sustainable future for India.

Our Core Values

🤝

Integrity

We are transparent with every rupee we spend. Our donors, partners, and communities can trust us completely.

❤️

Compassion

We treat every person with dignity. The communities we serve are not beneficiaries — they are our partners.

💡

Innovation

We look for smarter, more effective ways to solve old problems — like our STEM Labs in under-resourced schools.

🌱

Sustainability

We build programs that communities can own and continue long after we are gone. Real impact is lasting impact.
